3. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our standard policies.
4. Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a risk to your health.

We strive to maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests. We kindly ask you to respect other guests' privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. Mobile phones and electronic devices should be switched to silent mode while in the spa.
